We are able to provide wholesale level business while ensuring the “Loch Lomond National Park provenance”.
We use the Scottish Black Face which is indigenous to Scotland. This is a hardy bread that has thrived naturally across The Whole of Scotland including ‘The Arrochar Alps’ in the heart of Loch Lomond National Park where our sheep graze giving them access to natural mountain Bilberries and Heather all year round even when they bought down to the lowlands in winter. This ensures our lamb are reared solely on natural feed. It is widely known locally that this diet gives the meat a sweeter taste and renders it more succulent.
Our Lamb is available all year round which means our Loch Lomond National Park Spring lamb is ready for your Easter roast. Spring Born Mountain Lamb will be available between August – November. This is our seasonal premium line and will be limited.
